In practice, your day-to-day

As a Scrum Master you will help the teams apply the Scrum Methodology, communicate with the POs and remove the main impediments. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead Scrum events such as Sprint planning, Dailies, Sprint review and Retrospectives
• Provide reports about the activity of the Sprint
• Follow improvements of the teams and ensure they apply them
• Ensure the quality of the User Stories, and help PO and Developers in their creation
• Help the team have a good estimation of their velocity
• Discuss and suggest improvements in our ways of working

Welcome to BNP Paribas Personal Finance, where you will integrate the Analytics Hub, an innovative, international and creative team based in Lisbon and Porto – our working language is English. In both locations we offer a hybrid work model.

You will report hierarchically to the Hub Manager. The marketing side of the Hub has 3 mid-sized teams (Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Python developers), working together on complex challenges.

The team is still growing, but already has more than 20 people working in the field of data.

We are prepared to welcome you with an initial onboarding plan, with on the job training, online learning and networking opportunities.

Do you have Scrum Master and/or Agile certifications, and experience in organizing Sprints for one or several teams?

Can you define and follow-up on efficiency and quality metrics, and use common Agile tools?

Do you possess good skills in communication, collaboration, adaptability and initiative spirit, high focus on delivery, with a detail-oriented mindset?

Are you fluent in oral and written English?

Do you have some knowledge or experience in data, marketing or development work?

Do you have a vision on how to scale Scrum in a business context?
